The CNC Programmer at Moksh CAD will be responsible for the entire process of converting designs into machine-ready code, ensuring accurate and efficient manufacturing. This includes:
Thoroughly review and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, 3D models (CAD files), and specifications to understand the part’s geometry, dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and finish specifications.
Collaborate with design engineers and clients to clarify design intent and address any ambiguities or potential manufacturing challenges.
Utilize CAD/CAM software Mastercam to generate toolpaths and create efficient CNC programs (G-code) for various CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.).
Optimize programs for cycle time, surface finish, and tool life.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and depth of cuts based on material properties, part geometry, and machine capabilities.
Identify and troubleshoot any deviations or errors in the machining process.
Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing CNC programs and machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve part quality.
Research and implement new tooling, techniques, and software features to stay current with industry best practices.
Work closely with machinists, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any manufacturing issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling information, setup procedures, and inspection results.
Organize and manage CNC program files and related documentation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for understanding the latest updates, modifications, newly incorporated requirements, constructed modules,
and newly developed products related to estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepares estimates by gathering architectural plans, specifications and related documents for new plans and all lot
specific starts from the current start schedule.
2. Presents prepared estimate(s) utilizing Plan Swift Professional Software, AutoCAD, Master Project or other software by
assembling plan specific trade type takeoffs and master plan takeoffs.
3. Prepares special reports utilizing the Plan Swift Professional Software Report Designer and/or Excel templates by Trade
Type.
4. Maintain the database for base, elevation and option takeoffs/estimates in Master Project or on SharePoint.
5. Updates Plan Takeoffs when ARM’s / PMR’s are released and provides quantity adjustments to divisions.
6. Work with trade partners, vendors, architectural services and production department to reconcile discrepancies in take
offs.
7. Create and Update Templates within Plan swift for Corporate and Division use. Collaborates with Architecture in
controlling costs on prototype design.
8. Train Division Estimators and Corporate Junior Estimators. Assist Divisions in Estimating on Trade Types as needed.
9. Documents process of estimating trade types and updates Estimating Manual as needed.
10. Assist field operations in material overages / shortages
11. Review variance purchase orders assigned to V12 (New star system) for approval.
12. Conduct field audits to validate product quantities to reduce variances.
13. Prepare Estimating tracking and reporting tools and schedule regular meetings to facilitate managing the estimating
workload.
14. Prepare takeoff estimates for all trade types for the division purchasing teams to utilize in their negotiation with trade
partners.

16. Schedule and attend any additional estimating classes for Plan swift and/or additional estimating software (i.e., Pipeline)

17. Schedule and attend training sessions for internal Estimating Department.
1) Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
2) Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
3) Knowledge of Plan Swift, Blue Beam REVU RFMS Measure etc. will be added advantage.
